This notice explains how GrowEcomNow uses personal information submitted through its website and Tally forms.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, work email, company website, role, company profile, sales channels, operational requirements, budget, preferred contact method and information you choose to include in your brief. We may also collect campaign parameters such as UTM source.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, understand the support your business needs, contact you about possible matches and improve our enquiry process. The intended lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Form provider
Our enquiry and survey forms are provided by Tally. Information you submit is processed through Tally before it is reviewed by GrowEcomNow. Tally's own privacy and security terms also apply to its service.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential working relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. A final retention period must be approved before launch.
Sharing and international access
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers needed to operate the enquiry process and, when appropriate, with relevant team members involved in assessing your brief. Any international data arrangements must be reviewed before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
